For drop-shipped products, shipping is handled by our product partners, and their respective shipping policies will apply. These partners are selected based on their commitment to quality and customer service.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and may vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, and availability of stock. We strive to provide accurate delivery timeframes, but please note that delays beyond our control, such as postal strikes, adverse weather conditions, or other external factors, may occur.
Standard Delivery:
Typically, delivery takes between 3-5 business days from dispatch for domestic UK orders. However, this can vary.
Express Delivery:

Shipping to the EU is currently paused due to new regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. At the moment, we are unable to process orders to EU countries, but we are actively working on resolving this matter and will notify our customers once we are able to resume shipping to the EU.
For domestic UK orders, we continue to offer shipping services.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Chloe's Classic Crafts is not liable for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during the checkout process. If a package is returned due to an address error, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
